RECEPTION
The receptionists are responsible for recognizing the staff and visitors in accordance with the procedures required by the client, by routing them to the offices to which they are directed. As the first contact person of the company in which they are responsible, they must effectively and courteously manage incoming personnel and visitors. The switchboard operator must manage, with a clear and careful language, the interlocutor’s requests, providing for the sorting and filtering of calls.
The tasks carried out either by manual and / or tools are:
- reception and registration of accesses
- badge release
- addressing in offices
- assistance and information
- reporting of any anomalous situations
- sorting of traditional or electronic correspondence
- contact center
