Organizational Model – Legislative Decree 231/01

M.G. Security S.r.l. Unipersonale has adopted the Organizational, Management and Control Model in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 231 of June 8, 2001, which introduced the administrative liability of companies for certain crimes committed, in the interest or for the benefit of the company, by individuals in senior positions or under their direction.

The 231 Model is a voluntary tool that enables the company to prevent unlawful conduct by promoting a corporate culture based on ethics, legality, and transparency. It consists of a set of principles, rules, and operating procedures that regulate activities exposed to the risk of criminal offenses, with the goal of protecting the integrity of the organization and strengthening trust with clients, partners, and public institutions.

To ensure the effectiveness of the Model, M.G. Security has established an independent Supervisory Body (Organismo di Vigilanza – OdV) tasked with monitoring the implementation, proper application, and continuous updating of the Model. The OdV carries out regular audits, handles reports, and promotes internal training on regulatory compliance.
