The service presupposes the creation of an intrusion alarm system and / or a video surveillance system, dedicated to detecting the presence of strangers and the “states” of the Customer’s alarm center and the consequent dispatch of an Institute patrol on the spot.

When an alarm is detected (intrusion, sabotage, fire, flooding, lack of network, etc.) at the Operations Center, through our peripherals, the relevant signaling occurs and the operators activate the necessary procedures to ensure a prompt intervention in compliance of the procedures agreed with the Customer.
